A cold shower is a great way to start off your morning! Along with being a natural pick me up, they boost circulation and stimulate the cardiovascular system. They also increase the number of mitochondria in our cells providing more energy for your workouts. Try just 30 seconds of cold water a day and slowly work your way up to 2 minutes or more!
