We’re encouraging you to spice up your food since we’re all cooking more at home in quarantine! Now is a great time to try out some new herbs and spices that taste good and have great health benefits too. For example, ginger and turmeric both have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. Grab some of these herbs next time you’re at the grocery store and see what you come up with!
